Ministries and central authorities in Centru
The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) sets policy on public order and security, civil protection, migration and border management. The agencies under it include the Police, the Border Police, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the Carabinieri, the Bureau for Migration and Asylum and others.
The ministry's central office does not issue documents or handle emergencies — use your local police inspectorate or the single emergency number 112 for that. People write to the ministry with petitions and complaints about the work of its services, requests for public information and questions about careers in the system. There is also a hotline for reports, and petitions can be sent by email.

It's a branch of the Government, more or less related to the justice. The people inside are usually respectful and helpful. The building itself is beautiful although is helps not knowing it.

Pun această notă din motivul că angajații de la poliție de la Inspectoratul Tighina au primit doar atenționare pentru comportamentul necorespunzător anume pentru utilizarea limbajului licențios, calomnie, încercarea de muşamalizare şi a induce sentimentul de frică (tentă violentă), scrierea unor contravenții pe genunchi pe care le poate anula doar instanța de judecată
