Guvernul Republicii Moldova
Ministries and central authorities in Centru
The Government of the Republic of Moldova is the country's central executive authority. It adopts decisions, coordinates ministries and the agencies under them, and carries out the state's domestic and foreign policy. The day-to-day work of the Cabinet is supported by the State Chancellery, which also runs regional offices across the districts.
Residents contact the Government mainly to file petitions and requests for public information, to follow cabinet meetings and adopted decisions, or to take part in public consultations on draft regulations. Job openings and the internship programme are posted on its site. For specific services such as passports, taxes or pensions, go to the relevant agency rather than the Government itself.
Government House stands at Piata Marii Adunari Nationale 1, Centru sector, on Stefan cel Mare boulevard next to the Triumphal Arch and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Phone: +373 22 250 101. News and announcements are on gov.md, Facebook and Instagram.

Nice enough building from the outside. Very imposing. Grand boulevard in front of it. Did not go inside.

Toured the inside and behind the scenes of this building a few times and even had the opportunity to sit at the Presidents desk when I visited a few years back. Some incredible history and stories make this place a tid magical.
