Este o organizație excelentă; personalul este amabil și competent. Am fost acolo de mai multe ori, atât pentru mine, cât și pentru rude. Au venit și prieteni care și-au rezolvat problemele, în ciuda dificultăților. Așadar, merit cea mai mare notă. Și am cu ce să o compar.

Serviciu excelent! Am făcut o programare prin intermediul listei de așteptare electronice cu câteva săptămâni înainte. Personalul este foarte politicos și profesionist — mi-au înțeles cu atenție situația și mi-au dat instrucțiuni detaliate despre ce trebuie să fac în continuare. Am depus documentele pentru pașaport și carte de identitate, iar întregul proces a fost organizat și confortabil. Mulțumiri speciale Katerynei Vynokurov — o specialistă experimentată care chiar își cunoaște meseria. Mulțumesc pentru ajutorul de calitate!

Подавался 30 марта. Получение 4 июня 4ак и говорили что срочный паспорт от двух до двух с половиной недель на изготовление и доставку! Всё грамотно объяснили что и как делать! Колектив слаженый! Мне понравилось и поэтому рекомендую!
