Centrul Multifuncțional Chișinău 2, str. Pușkin 47
Public institutions & embassies in Râșcani, Chișinău
Multifunctional Centre Chișinău 2 of the Public Services Agency (ASP) operates at 47 Pușkin Street in the Râșcani sector. It is one of ASP's centres in the capital, and the building brings together several public services that used to have separate offices.
Reviews show that people come here to register companies, apply for identity documents, exchange driving licences and register births and deaths. Visitors are served by queue ticket, and appointments can also be booked in advance.
Ratings are above average, but opinions differ. Many visitors thank the operators for clear explanations and an attentive attitude, including the staff serving legal entities. Some complain about waiting times for certain services and about the entrance being closed before the end of the working day.
Phone: +373 22 207 744; ASP booking line: 14 909. The centre is part of the ASP network — see the list of other multifunctional centres, required documents and schedules on the official website asp.gov.md.

My Moldovan wife wants our british citizen kids to be Moldova citizens too so in the future maybe live in mother country Moldova, support, introduce values and cultures to all world. We also know that majority of moldovan young generation wants to go to Europe and Great Britain for work. Population is 2,5 millions and so many is abroad that with money coming from abroad keeps and helps economy stabilised. The country needs to treat well their own citizens so people will be back here. Unfortunately service in this place is not friendly at all, they are rude and disrespectful to citizens. They treat people like slaves and look at them from up. How you will join in European Union with that bad managed constitution services. They should be training their workers really well so they greet people with respect and good manner first. I hope change starts for next generations, respect and kindness is not forgotten to its own citizens. Moldovan people are still the most kind and colourful people of Europe in general but change should start with mentality.

Very good. I had an appointment for a biometric passport. I stood in line for only three minutes with the ticket, and completed all procedures in 10 minutes. Good service and polite staff. This is really impressive :)

absolutely hideous. the electronic queue system is not working for some of the services, people are queueing for information while employees are useless. the security guard is simply rude. i’d avoid this office at any cost if there would be any decent alternative
