Compania Națională de Asigurări în Medicină
Public agencies and services in Centru
The National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) runs Moldova's compulsory health insurance system. It manages the health insurance funds, contracts hospitals, health centres and pharmacies, and monitors the volume and quality of services covered by the policy.
People contact CNAM to check whether they are insured, to find out who must buy a health insurance policy individually and by when, which services and reimbursed medicines are covered, and how to dispute unpaid premium claims. Most questions are handled through the free hotline; visitors say calls can wait in a queue, so it helps to check the website first.
The head office is at Vlaicu Pârcălab Street 46 (Centru sector). Free hotline: 0 800 99999, website: cnam.md. Changing your family doctor and other in-person services for insured people in Chișinău are handled by the Centru Territorial Directorate on Vasile Lupu Street. Current insurance terms are published on the official website.

Sunt apelantul numarul 6, 20 de minute de asteptare pe linia telefonica pentru ca la urma sa ma deconecteze si sa fiu apelantul numarul 7. Foarte efectiv.
