Agenția Servicii Publice, str. Pușkin 42

The head office of the Public Services Agency (ASP) is located at 42 Alexandr Pușkin Street in the Centru sector. The agency's central administration and several specialised departments work at this address; on Google the listing is known as the general directorate for identity documents.

According to reviews, identity documents are issued here, and non-profit organisations and companies are served for registration. Many reviews on this listing, however, refer to other ASP centres in the city, so the overall picture reflects the network as a whole.

Visitor experience is more often negative: complaints mention few open counters for document collection, long pauses between called numbers and a lack of clear information. Some visitors do thank individual operators for being respectful and efficient.
