Centrul Multifuncțional Chișinău 1, str. Mihai Viteazul 11/1
Public institutions & embassies in Buiucani, Chișinău
Multifunctional Centre Chișinău 1 of the Public Services Agency is located at 11/1 Mihai Viteazul Street in the Buiucani sector. The civil status service operates at the same address, so both identity documents and civil registry matters are handled here.
According to reviews, people come here to replace ID cards, register contracts, convert Romanian marriage certificates into Moldovan ones and obtain duplicate civil status documents. A queue ticket system is in place, and appointments can be booked on the website.
Visitor experience is more often negative: complaints mention counters closed during working hours, missed deadlines, errors in issued documents and a cold reception. Still, some visitors were served quickly, even without an appointment, and appreciated the clear explanations.
Phone: +373 22 257 122; ASP booking line: 14 909. The centre is part of the ASP network — check required documents and schedules on the official website asp.gov.md.

There are a lot of multifunction centers in Moldova. I prefer to visit multifunction center located on street Puskin because there is possibility to park a car

Incompetent personnel, rude, not well organized. Do not go there. Try one on Alexandru cel Bun 56. Much more professional, well organized and polite professionals.

Service is tolerable, depending on the personnel at hand. Best to read up on the selected procedure on the government site beforehand.

They don’t behave properly. They treat people very rude. They are not kind people. They don’t have culture. They still behave like officers of totalitarian Soviet regime.
