MedExpert
MedExpert is a network of diagnostic laboratories headquartered at 42 Gheorghe Asachi Street in the Centru district; the company dates from 1996 and the MedExpert brand from 2010. Its own laboratory is accredited to ISO 15189 and ISO 17025 and covers haematology, biochemistry, immunology, tumour and endocrine markers, viral hepatitis, genetic and allergy tests, microbiology and histopathology, including non-invasive prenatal screening; for high-end investigations it works with the CNAM insurance fund. The head office collects samples and hosts specialist consultations; the network has five more addresses in Chișinău and over twenty across the country, and offers free home sampling to patients with limited mobility. Results are available in the online patient account.
Customer ratings are below average and experiences vary: sampling for children, speed and on-time results are praised, while complaints concern the attitude of some staff, the reception at one branch and the behaviour of an ultrasound doctor. Parking at the head office is a recurring problem.

E comod, problema e cu parcarea. Permanent șunt mașini parcate acolo. În rest ce ține de specialitate lor, consider că sunt buni. Descriere este foarte detaliate. Prețurile prin comparație sunt atractive.

Am fost foarte plăcut surprinsă de atenția și profesionalismul personalului. Aș dori să îl menționez în mod special pe Ivan - medic care mi-a prelevat analizele la centru de pe strada Gheorghe Asachi. Atenția lui la detalii, atitudinea pozitivă și grija cu care a tratat analizele și solicitările mele mi-au ridicat dispoziția. Vă mulțumesc pentru această abordare atât de profesionistă și umană si cu mult umor.

Dezamăgirea mea constă în faptul că vizitând două zile la rând filială de pe str. Zelinski 33/2, doamna nici măcar la salutul meu nu mi-a răspuns în română …. De 3 ori am explicat situația și am înțeles că nu ne înțelegem absolut deloc!!! Deci nu înțeleg, în care condiții se fac angajări , atât timp cât eu ca angajat sunt obligată să cunosc și română și rusă , iar in societate mă întâlnesc foarte des cu cazuri de genul ?????

Am fost cu copilul meu de 9 ani. Se temea de colectarea sângelui. Personalul a reușit să recolteze analiza atent, calm și prietenos. Doamnele sunt MEGA amabile, atente și profesioniste. Nota 10+
