The NATO Liaison Office in the Republic of Moldova is the Alliance's representation in Chișinău. It supports practical cooperation between Moldova and NATO within the existing partnership: liaison with national institutions, advice on security and defence sector reform, and coordination of assistance projects and training programmes.
The office works with state authorities and does not provide individual services to the public. What may interest residents is information on cooperation projects, such as the Science for Peace and Security programme, which funds initiatives by researchers and universities. For general information materials and public events about NATO, the NATO Information and Documentation Centre is another point of contact.
